A rich 4 hour programme which we will open together in a circle. We will start with a Cacao Ceremony followed by a guided movement practice to open up our bodies as we immerse into a 2 hour Ecstatic Dance followed by a deep relaxing Healing Sound Journey.
Doors open from 17.15, come early and get your glow on with face paint and connect with others as you land in the space.
Be there latest at 17.45 as we start 18.00 sharp!
